Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus, Marbella

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a private solarium with a jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. However, I felt a bit discouraged that the only accessible room came with an extra charge, making it seem like a burden for disabled guests. The service was decent, with attentive staff willing to assist, although there were occasional delays, like when waiting over 10 minutes to order omelettes. The hotel's location was perfect, with direct beach access and a short walk to Puerto Banus. The dining experience was mixed, with a superb menu but some drawbacks like rude staff and underwhelming service. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.

Although the rooms at the front of the property with a view of the beach were disappointing, dark, and cramped, with maintenance issues, they could be suitable for families needing connecting rooms. The service, though helpful and polite, was not consistently available. The location, while offering nice Italian cuisine and proximity to a bustling promenade, was noisy and rowdy. The dining experience was mostly positive, especially in the Asian restaurant, but improvements like hot plates could enhance the experience. Overall, the hotel presents some challenges but also has its strengths, making it a decent option for a stay.

The nightclub nearby might be loud on weekends until early morning, but overall, it's a decent place to stay for a short visit. The service is welcoming and efficient, making the stay pleasant. The location is great, just in front of the beach, perfect for a relaxing walk. The dining options are varied, with a good breakfast selection. The facilities are well-kept, ensuring a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great location and some room challenges. The direct ventilation into our rooftop terrace was inconvenient, and the noise from the pool area and neighboring room was bothersome. However, the central location near Puerto Banus was convenient.
